What you don't know is that Hostgator/Bluehost doesn't care. They'll let it ride forever, while your outgoing emails end up in the receiving server's shredder. When you call and let them know this is a problem for you, they don't assure you that they can and will fix it and that it won't be a problem in the future. Instead, they try to upsell you to insulate you from the crap they already allow in the first place. The lesson: Oh they are sheisty as all get out.
