Le site verizon.com est-il sûr ?

Verizon are an email provider but with negative points - their website is quite poor and their facebook messenger contact simply take initial queries then asks you to launch an online chat session (which takes ages to find someone to talk to) to speak to anyone about the issue! They blocked emails from my site (which has a fixed IP address on a VPS) and when asked to whitelist it, their repsonse was along the lines of a refusal because 'missing reverse domain name'. The rDNS for my site was working correctly. When pressed, they admitted it was the hosting network for my server was blocked due to complaints about spam, but they were unwilling to notify the hosting company about the issue, or to whitelist my site despite it having a fixed IP address. Not sure they really understand that spam from one IP address does not mean other fixed IP addresses on same network are affected!

Years ago I flagged their site for it's poor construction. Also, I am a former customer who feels like they got completely hosed. Years ago I was lied to about extra fees when phones were bought. When I complained they put a real ***** on the phone who threatened early termination fees. The prices were high and the bills were practically unreadable and unethical. On the last bill there were hundreds in charges- with NO breakdown- and therefore no proof. The laws regarding this behavior need to be changed. The only reason I stuck around as long as I did was splitting up a family plan. I am very happy to have cut Verizon completely out of my life. Goodbye and good riddance! **EDIT** I just saw that they have a privacy seal- and it should be revoked. Not only are they giving in to Big Brother - but they also are attempting to drop LSOs on our phones. I really am happy to have put them in my rear-view mirror.

I had been with Verizon for years when we moved they had to come out to hook the cable to the different rooms. all cable-ling was done previously but was not connected in the attic. They sent a tech out and he was here for 10 minutes. They charged us $180. I requested a refund due to his arrogance and the attitude he took with my husband. We cancelled the service.

I belong to Verizon. Their online site is awesome. Customer service is always there to help you. They will give you technical support, let you know when you are due to upgrade. Every one I have dealt with there has been wonderful. Some times if you order online you get your phone cheaper!

Ok my family uses the original Verizon internet service that came before FIOS because its the fastest in my family's area. i live with my family and from time to time the internet goes down and my mom has to scream at them over the phone to get them to fix it. good stuff but bad experience.
