Le site versaweb.com est-il sûr ?

This host is terrible. Customer support took several days to respond to each of several tickets we had with them. They took days to get Direct Admin setup, then ordered the wrong version. So we had to start the process all over again. All in all, this company set our team back over a week more likely closer to two weeks and caused us a loss of revenue due to their slow response times and incompetence. They also didn't even offer a refund when we asked to cancel. The cheap prices were of course intriguing, but in the end we lost more time and money than the server was worth and have been forced to switch hosting providers.

This is a server hosting company, and as such, sometimes people host phishing websites, etc. on them, and they get flagged before they are taken down. I am hosting a minecraft server through them and they are extremely professional and friendly. I have had no problems with the service, or servers, and the only small problem I had (which was due to my part), the support technician was able to help me through doing what I needed to do, for no extra cost for me. I have been hosting with them for just about a month now and my server has had 100% uptime. The reports about phishing, etc. coming from IPs owned by Versaweb are probably accurate and true, but instead of giving the company a bad rating, the company should be contacted so that they can take down the offending server (as it is against their TOS).
