Le site viagogo.com est-il sûr ?

This site is all over Norwegian news for scamming customers. Norwegian TV2 did a segment on them showing how they buy existing tickets to shows, for twice the price and sells them to you, and then in some cases later cancel said ticket, to buy more for others. 1ére et dernière expérience avec ce site. J'avais acheté 2 places pour un concert sans m'apercevoir que c'était dans la fosse. Je n'ai jamais pu modifier ma commande et encore moins l'annuler donc j'ai donc mis les billets en vente sur leur site. Aucune nouvelle de viagogo. La date du concert approchant je vais voir sur mon compte et je lis : vente annulée soit disant par moi ? et le 26 mars je suis débitée de 61 euros supplémentaires pour soit disant dédommager l’hypothétique acheteur (je n'ai aucun moyen de vérifier leur dire). Ce qui fait 2 places payées très chères que je vais devoir solder pour récupérer un peu d'argent.

"Middleman" venue tickets selling site. They use misleading techniques to make you believe the ticket are almost sold out and that it is your best chance to buy the tickets from them. Of course they are displaying all the information correctly except the availability of the ticket (in a way ) and they show you all the taxes and service fees before you make the purchase but in a very well tough way in order for them to make the sell. My advice is to search first on the event organizer site for tickets or other paces before you use this service. Only you this service if you really have no other option. They charge to much money for their "middleman" service. I my case i ended up buying 2 ticket for the price of 4 and after 1 month or so the same type of tickets had a much lower price (but when I did the purchase they were "not available"), ironically hilarious but that is my mistake.

Tried to book several times with this website. Eventually I found way cheaper tickets on the website of the event. They always say there are only a few tickets available, however the event website don't show that. For example: Gorillaz concert in Budapest 50$ on Gorillaz Website. 100$ on this crappy reseller website. SCAM!

Konzertkarten gesucht; gefunden. Beim Ansehen wird vorgegaukelt dass nur noch 1 Dutzend verfügbar seien. Ein Paar einer Option gekauft. Vor Abschluss wird gemeldet die beiden letzten dieser Option seien soeben verkauft worden! Andere Option schnell (wegen Druck) gekauft! Auf Ticketpreis kommt dann ein Betrag in Höhe von 65% des Ticketpreis hinzu! Tickets kommen dann von anderem Anbiete. Hierbei stellt sich dann heraus dass der ursprüngliche Preis pro Ticket um 2,5 fach höher berechnet wurde!!
