The terms of the membership agreement was poorly worded, giving the impression you can buy 1 month for 23.96, and if you wanted to buy multiple months you would get a discount. I signed up for the 1 month deal, but after the 30 day period I was charged again 23.96. Multiple emails to them were never answered -- EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED in this site now since they are the best source of quality porn, period. They fixed the wording on the sign up page so that it reads "23.96 each month" rather than "23.96 for 1 month" which is how it read when I signed up. All I wanted was a refund on the 2nd 23.96 charge, but now I'll never join this site again because of the EXTREMELY POOR customer service. Even if they didnt want to refund my money, which they should have since their sign up page clearly stated "23.96 for 1 month", they could have at least responded to my emails!!!! I feel very much betrayed and shat upon, considering over the past 3 years or so I've periodically signed up and paid them at least $200. Their loss, I'm sure I would have signed up many more times in the future.
