Le site virtua.com.br est-il sûr ?

its a ISP provider/ phone and tv broacast private company, like any other ISP in the world. Cable connection, fast one. Probably the biggest in brazil. Also its a Cable TV broadcast, and cellphone and land line phone company. Cant understand why is rated as scam site. People are getting mail from clients of the internet provider and are blaming the company. LOL. DO a little research before rate someone. I am a virtua client and can assure it is not a Scam site.
