Le site vitacost.com est-il sûr ?

I wanted to add some items to my order, but now seem to be getting 3 Set & Save orders instead of the 2 I wanted. Today's order was processed at 2:48AM this morning and shipped at 6:38PM today. All of my previous orders gave me a couple of days to add to or cancel the order. Not only that , but the Tracking# cannot be found on the OnTrac website. Some of the pop-ups are not suitable for children and are not necessary to sell the product. 9-9-15, 11:37PM. Vitacost split my Set & Save order into 2. They tendered one package to OnTrac, but not the other one. On another order they emailed me they were out of stock on several items so I would not get free shipping. Went to their website to see if I could add something. Malwarebytes notified me it blocked "Malicious...". It disappeared too fast for me to read the whole thing.

I have been shopping on vitacost.com for years and i have never had a bad experience. They have a huge selection of supplements and their prices are great and shipping is usually free. Every now and then they will send you emails will 10% or 20% off your entire purchase!!

Good products, wide range of choices, competitive pricing, robust packaging and timely shipping -- so in all they're worthy folks to do business with. However, their ordering software refuses to accept our password, so I have to order each time as "Guest." No big deal, but also it refuses to accept our address (same one for billing and shipping), so I have to override their "error" message twice to force through the proper address. Most probably won't encounter these annoyances. But, for us, ordering online from Vitacost seems like time travel back to the late 1990s, when we last used to run into these sorts of glitches.

i've ordered from Vitacost for the last couple of years. Overall, i've been very happy with this company. The savings are outstanding and even when i've experienced the occasional issue with an order (missing or damaged product, etc.) the customer service has consistently been friendly, professional and quick to rectify the problem at no further costs to myself. The free shipping for orders over $49 is an added bonus. Finally, the luxury of having organic, gluten-free, quality groceries and nutritional supplements delivered to my door free of charge as opposed to spending extra time, wasting car fuel, fighting traffic and standing in grocery store lines is a no-brainer!

I love this online site to order form. Never had a problem yet. Most items come within 2-3 days but sometimes the items ship separately and have to wait a bit more for rest of order. I have no problem with this--I just assume due to their waiting for incoming shipment. And 2-3 days...I have waited much longer for that for items on other sites that I pay shipping for. Can't beat free shipping for orders over certain price...they have so much to order from now...and keep adding. Love their organics including organic and gluten free products. SO much cheaper than anywhere else. I am sure mistakes can happen, and people can have bad experiences, but for me this site is great.

Before placing the order it offered 1-2 day free shipping. When selecting shipping, 3-6 day was what they meant by 1-2 day shipping. The e-mail confirmation was showing 7-10 day shipping. The supplements came 8 days later. then they gave me a survey where I mentioned this, they quickly replied with the statement that i selected 3-6 day shipping and it arrived 5 days later when it was not effing 5, it was 8. i was ok with this site since most offer 1-2 day shipping then cop out at the last minute but they shouldn't ask my opinion and argue the above. prob not going with this site again.
