Le site vmall.eu est-il sûr ?

Dear readers, Have ordered an Honor 5X yesterday which was on stock yesterday, but have not received any eMail of the phone being dispatched. After trying to call the Dutch Helpdesk which aren't "connected" at the moment so I resorted to emailing them. Got a quick responds saying the telephone was out of stock for some time now, no indication when it would be in stock. Have changed my order to another color but now the site shows no extra's I should have received with the Honor 5X (VR glasses and 100€ Gameloft vouchers). My guess: problems on the long way, I would think twice ordering here.

Worst Company Ever This company do not know the meaning of customer service and quite frankly I am appalled. I bought a Honor 7 in November 2015 and the handset developed a fault and I returned it to them. I couldn't take advantage of their pick up service and when I spoke to 'Customer Service' they stated that if I send them proof of postage they will refund the postage. The money for the handset was refunded within two weeks however the postage wasn't which I thought it was strange. I bought another Honor 7 in early December as I thought I'd give the device another chance - bad move. This also developed a fault and I called customer service again and asked for a replacement to be sent to me. Again I couldn't use their pick up service so I sent the device back and was promised that the postage will be refunded to me. Christmas came and went and I had not heard a thing during this time I had to use a old Nokia as my daily driver which greatly inconvenienced me. I emailed Vmall and to my surprise they had refunded me instead of sending out another device. I was extremely miffed. Talk about left hand and right hand not knowing what each other is doing.... In the meantime I was waiting for the refund for postage of the first device and despite numerous emails and the issue being escalated I have yet to receive my refund. The excuses and lies that they have been feeding me is incredible stating that 'the request for the refund was made but never actually actioned' or the supplied bank account details don't tally with what they have. Hold on if Vmall can refund money into my bank account in the first place what is the issue with doing the same for sending money to the same bank account? It just doesn't make sense! I am going through exactly the same issue with the refund for the second faulty device and again I'm being fed lies and excuses. Do yourself a favour and stay well clear of this company. They sell cheap phones for a reason. They simply don't work! Their customer service is truly the worst I've ever experienced and believe me I have faced some shockers in the past. They do not know what they are doing and will stop responding to your emails. Needless to say I am not giving up and I will be taking legal action against Vmall. This is not the end of it.
