They seem like a good site, until you go to use them. We have found the service they offer to be very unreliable - "all our lines are busy", and they do not provide email notification when a call fails like this.
Tech support is average; (or a Joke, depending on who you get)... It took over an hour to get today's problem sorted. They were insisting the problem was at our end... we were insisting the problem was at their end.
In this case, the problem *was* at their end, and them refreshing the "registration for the DID POP" (whatever that might be) fixed it. This is not the first time a problem we have had has been resolved by doing this -- and it really should be the first thing TechSupport tries.
So after a long time with them, and the many problems over the last few months, it is time to say good-bye to them.
