Le site walgreens.com est-il sûr ?

I was unable to change my user name, which is both a security and privacy risk.  I wanted to remove my email address as the username and add something more anonymous.  Most reliable sites off this option.  Yes, I can add a bogus email address for a different username, but that's not a good option.

For me, the prescription section of this site has been extremely unreliable over several years. I try to order several monthly prescription refills at the same time every month so that I don't have to make multiple trips to pick them up. About 98% of the time, I have some kind of problem. I place my order okay but later the problems begin. Today was particularly bad. Before I placed my order, all but one prescription showed that I had at least one refill remaining. A little while after the order was placed, I received 2 emails. One email said an additional prescription was waiting for the doctors approval. The second said the insurance would not pay. I checked with the insurance company and they had paid. I did not count them but most, if not all, had been paid. Through out the day, I started to receive emails about different prescriptions saying almost all were awaiting approval. I checked with my doctor and was told no there has been no contact from this site. The site still shows most of my refills are pending. I'm sure this is not done. I'll probably have to wait on the phone to talk to the pharmacy department. Today has been particularly bad but There is almost always a problem.
