Lowest prices online. Fast shipping. The only returns they reject are from third-party vendors, like Plum Struck, Wayfair, etc. Otherwise, they take all "Walmart" items.

I'm not a Wal Mart hater, but this is an incredibly bad website for such a huge retailer. The online inventory has nothing to do with the in-store inventory, ship-to-store takes forever, and they don't accept returns of online merchandise in the stores. You're better off buying anywhere else.

I had the worst customer experience ever with Walmart, when I used their website. I don't live near a store, so I thought it would be easier to shop online. Never again! It took me an hour to find the product, then I spent time talking to customer service. Then complaining about customer service.

WORST PRODUCT QUALITY! Everything broke after a couple of months such as sofa, washer, blender, and so forth.
