In a recessionary time when more small businesses are closing than opening on the high street, I sometimes try to favor the small business, looking for a personal touch and a fair deal for my hard earn money. The first clue was not getting even an offer of a cup of tea in the coldest week of winter when I was seated in a chilly office to nicely discussed the order. The order value is £#,### you paid a £1,100 deposit. You phone on the 14th and 15th of February 2012 and email me on the 17th Feburary and cancelled this order. Deposits are non refundable. I have started you ring, but as a gesture of good will at this point I have no intenion of chasing you to complete this contract.
