Wholesale Cabinets is running a scam on customers and have caused an incredible amount of hardship as I have been unable to purchase new cabinets for fear of losing funds in this claim dispute process for unassembled cabinets when I went out of my way to ensure by contacting them that I was getting assembled cabinets. The emails speak for themselves on this issue. I have been unable to move the unassembled damaged cabinets I received from them. They still sit on a pallet in the garage taking up space and forcing me to park outside as they can't be moved. Not only that, I am unable to proceed with flooring installation which also now has to be stored in the garage, and have had to continuously deal with my insurance adjuster due to the delay as this is all for a flood claim. The company acts in their dispute as if one cabinet is damaged and that they have done me a favor because I still have them which is just disgusting. They are sitting, in the way in the garage, and I have lost the subcontractor for both their installation and the flooring installation due to their scam. They also claim I ordered them this way, which I did not and they fail to acknowledge the calls and voicemails to straighten this out. I ordered assembled cabinets from this merchant as part of an insurance claim for a flooded kitchen. I have my request for assembled cabinets via email and have attached all correspondence. The same correspondence they have sent. Cabinets that arrived were not assembled and the pallet is significantly damaged. If I could have refused shipment I would but the freight driver informed me they would leave them on curb. The freight driver also informed me that he has been dealing with several deliveries with the same issue where assembled units were ordered and the company is shipping them unassembled since COVID began. He explained to call the number for the company and document everything as they seem to be running a scam on customers trying to force them to accept unassembled cabinets. As he recommended I contacted the company who now want to say I ordered unassembled (which I did not), want to charge me $700.00 to ***** to ship back the damaged cabinets, and then will go thru the order, determine what they will or will not accept back, and charge me a restocking fee of 20% on an order that is so damaged I have not even opened it as it will topple over. The company's suggested resolution is that I keep the cabinets and pay additional to assemble them (just like the driver said they would say) and they will replace damaged ones. The cabinets are not what I ordered in the first place and the whole shipping pallet was clearly toppled over at some point during shipping. This is not only an error on their part. I have to agree with the delivery driver and state the company is scamming consumers and sending out unassembled products when assembled products are ordered. They further try to intimidate the consumer into keeping the products by charging for the return, advising that they will determine what is acceptable to be returned and charging restocking fees. Not only does their behavior stink, they are costing me additional time and money as I have not lost the subcontractor hired to put in the cabinets due to the delay, and I have to explain all this to my insurance adjuster since it is all part of a flood claim. Not only do I need your assistance I would hope that if any person considers doing business with this company in the future that somehow the transaction be tagged as potential fraud so that the person can be contacted and advised of the company's tactics. No one should have to go thru this.

Sells products they do not have in stock. Takes your money but makes you wait months to get your products that they claim will arrive in 5 days. Rarely get a response and when I do, it's "I'm sorry" but no solution. I think this company is on life support and just trying to take in as much money as possible before closing their doors
