Don't listen to all of the negative reviews of this site. The WOT community has a habit of marking sits poor in every category if they do not agree with the site's political views and opinions. The site is 100% safe and trustworthy, but it is a political opinion site that talks about keynote, controversial issues. If you don't like hearing both sides of a political argument, then this site is not for you.

WOT has become a haven for Liberals giving bad advice and lying about the truth. Go ahead and give me a thumbs down, you know you want to.

Some idi-t whining over nothing. This site is encouraging to block Firefox just because Mozilla's CEO resigned for denying to right of gay couples to marry purely based on religious reasons.
1
This seems to be a site devoted to destroying Mozilla through whatever means necessary.
2
I too am unhappy about the manner in which a founder of Mozilla was bullied into resigning. Intolerant people who act in this manner must be avoided.
1
this site is giving information, nothing wrong here.

For those people with blogs or other websites who believe Mozilla was in the wrong to fire Mr. Eich, this is a good way to show your strong disapproval.

Answer to Danny Carlton: *****

Xird: "It isn't theft if I mute a television commercial and close my eyes. It isn't theft if I switch radio stations when ads come on". How silly. TV/radio doesn't PAY FOR YOU IN PARTICULAR seeing it. A website PAYS FOR EACH VISITOR's generated bandwidth, i.e. PAYS FOR YOU PERSONALLY. See?
2
Hypocrites. Block the firefox web browser because of an add-on that blocks ads and then say that ad blocking is a threat to the internet. And no, not seeing ads is not dishonest or even remotely close to anything that could ever possibly be considered stealing. It isn't theft if I mute a television commercial and close my eyes. It isn't theft if I switch radio stations when ads come on. If I ignore advertisements in the first place then blocking them changes nothing.
1
Really? This doesn't come to your face when you enter Danny Carlton's blog if you have no redirect addon for ad blocking users.

Website is full of popups and adverts! Grrrr! Better download Firefox and install AdBlock Plus! :D

the site is safe but a bit annoying, if you see this site you are annoyed and therefore are likely to give it a bad rating out of spite. Also any site that is a redirection always gets a bad rating even if it's legitimate, e.g. partypoker and William hill and other gambling sites. This is the one of the major drawback to WOT in my opinion.

I don't know where DaemonFC found his information about spyware, but, from the Wikipedia article, it is clear why Danny Carlton allows advertisements on his site. There was an issue of ad-blocking add-ons on firefox. Some sites redirected to this site due to adblock plus software. That's why it's red, angry readers. Read more on wikipedia adblock article

Nothing seems to be wrong on this website, just a bunch of links to other tech sites. Although it does seem to serve no purpose.
7
You shouldn't give a site a red rating just because you don't like it. I see nothing wrong with this site in terms of it harming a computer or user. It links to other respected tech sites. Maybe someone doesn't like the name and the owners views? Thats no reason to have a red rating.
