Сайт нормальный, но бывают баги, например с поиском товаров. По самой организации - раньше было супер, но сейчас wildberries уже не тот! WB начинает превращаться в "Али бабу" - очень много "ширпотреба", иногда попадается Б/У! В плане одежды "модный интернет-магазин" превратился в секонд-хенд, состояние товаров как повезёт, иногда новое, иногда нет! Также есть проблемы с логистикой, бывает по ошибке заказ отправляют в другой город, и он "болтается" по всей стране. В последнее время (после санкций) на площадке появилось много контрафакта из-за огромного числа нерадивых ипэшников! Жирный минус - отсутствие нормальной техподдержки, чат-боты не в счёт!

Магазин с хорошим ассортиментом, можно найти много интересных и нужных товаров. Однако, среди качественных вещей иногда попадается и откровенный ширпотреб, так что приходится тщательно проверять отзывы и описание. Жена тратит там слишком много денег, ассортимент явно затягивает, вызывая своеобразную зависимость от покупок.
