There using tactics close to scamming, just don't buy from them!!! I can guarantee you, you will be displeased. The programm is not great in any viewpoint. Please just don't buy it, I beg you. I was scammed for 42 Bucks, the customer service is completely trash

Don't trust this software. Don't subscribe!! I canceled my membership in 20 minutes because it was not useful at all. I recieved cancelation email like "sorry you are leaving bla bla". So I was really upset with loosing my money for this product I couldn't really use. What a surprise! It was supposed to be FREE TRIAL and they charged me! My refund request was not met. But listen... that was not the end. After week I was charged again for some plugins!! This company is scam, its support is unhelpful. Refund was not an option for a product I didn't use at all. I was charged after canceling subscription because of their loophole with plugins. DO NOT USE this software. Do not download it.

Deceiving at least, software runs for a year or two then they release new versions where you have to pay again, anything you created on previous versions not compatible. For example filmora pro and filmora 11 or 12. Money and time thrown away. Customer support terrible. Wouldn't recommend it.

Deceiving practices! Misleading, unethical sales approach! unfortunately I didn't check feedbacks about the company before buying the license. Their main goal is to squeeze as much $ of a random customer as possible. They are both deceiving by naming their licenses "perpetual" when in reality the software demands upgrade few times a year (they release 'major' versions few times a year to justify buying new license) and the moment you install new version, becomes unusable until you pay again (or find the old version on their website, download, and reinstall again, no other way to fix the situation! and the software KNOWS it's licensed only for version X, but it will popup with "Upgrade to Y!" every time you use it, very annoying. So they KNOW they're about to break your current installation by pushing you to reinstall the new 'major' version, which you're not licensed to). Pretty gross. Also the features are 1/10th of what competitors have, only n00bs buy into this scam. AVOID!

A Chinese company collecting a mass of data with products which do not work. Fake support. Literally, some have fake chat buttons in their support section to this day. Lifetime licenses which turn out to be 12 months and not re-installable if / when they fail. Subscriptions which cannot be cancelled. They are a data mining scam. The loss of money is probably the least of your problems when you install a wondershare product. They have somehow managed to get away with total non GDPR compliance and selling through both google playstore and Apple appstore in Europe. Then again, given both of the companies relationships with China, that is probably unsurprising.

Poor refund experience. This company offers a money-back guarantee but then requires you jump through hoops to claim it, including attaching application logs that I couldn't get to work without Googling how to do it on my Mac using the Console app. That's a bit beyond the average user and shows they really want to make it as difficult as possible to get a refund. I would not recommend this company at all.

I have been with this company since 2013, they have always had poor customer service, but luckily I managed in the past without any help from wonder share, but until recently I would not of labelled them as thieves when I ordered an item and they did not supply, additionally they have removed my “so called” lifetime licences from my account, when trying to communicate with them it’s a nightmare and support is zero and had to reverse my recent charge with PayPal who refunded my recent fee, my advice find another solution and steer well clear.

If you have to re-install Wondershare software because you have had to format your PC or you have purchased a new PC then this is going to affect your licence. Once a licence has been registered to a pc, you can’t de-register it, and if you format and reinstall then you will hit problems with their licence policy that says if you have to re-install more than 5 times for any reason, computer crashes, new PC purchase etc, then your licence will be blocked and you must buy a new licence. Below is a link to their terms that state this. Of course I had not seen this when I purchased and never thought any company would have such a ridicules policy, but after a couple of weeks of computer crashes where I re installed several times trying to track what was causing the crash. I got my licence cancelled, emails to wondershare just said if you re-install for any reason you have to re purchase no they were not interested that’s there policy, they did not care if it was because my PC had crashed and been re-installed, just kept quoting, if you re-install more than 5 times, for any reason you lose your licence end of http://support.wondershare.com/how-tos/what-is-your-license-policy.html

I bought their Dr.Phone software for resetting an iPhone with forgotten password. After I completed my purchase, I received a link for another version than the one I bought (I asked for Mac, they sent me a PC version). I have been trying to contact their software support since then and did not get any answer. The site looks very well build and highly professional, but their lack of customer support is highly suspicious. They offer a 30-days money back guarantee on any purchases, but since they never answer any of my cancellation requests, I do think this site is a scam.

Have installed the Wondershare video converter, found out it's not that useful, uninstalled it, but some services were left installed on the computer, i.e. the Wondershare helper. There was not other way of removing the bloody thing than deleting it manually. Don't recomend installing this software.

The site seems to be legit.  My concerns stem mainly from an uneasy gut feeling when I try to use their software.  The english is well enrish for one.  And they have way more software products than anyone could support/update properly.  On a regular basis no less.  But so far I have not had any ill-detectons from any security software when using their Streaming Audio Recorder share/cripple ware.
