Not sure what this has a green WOT icon. The download includes a download manager which I believe goes against the GNU license that GIMP is distributed upon.

The download link goes to ***** which is a site with problems for malware. The installer installed CrimeWatch and UpdateManager (known malware) and hijacked my chrome install with a modified version of chromium called cassiopea.

Downloaded and installed GimpShop. It attempts to install 4 items (they seem to be adware/spyware). In addition, it installed Chromium and CrimeAlert without permission.
Download GIMP from ***** instead.

this site contains a version of gimp that comes with malware and adware . the intentions of this site are suspicious to downright malevolent. i'd completely avoid it and just look up how to make gimp more like photoshop instead.

In spite of the fact that almost ALL reviewers, except 4, rated this site as fake and software includes hidden spyware, adware and other malware, WOT is still not showing this site as Suspect/Red! Why?? As a result of WOT;s incorrect rating I downloaded and installed this application only to have Malwarebytes alert me to 5 PUPs during installation!! Fortunately I have a paid version of Malwarebytes which immediately alerts and quarantines offending files... if not I would not be so lucky and it would be all WOT's fault for their incorrect rating.

Some guy hacked the GimpShop site and now uses it to spread viruses. Get Gimp instead.

GIMPshop is no longer maintained. This website actually hosts a fake download manager that installs trojans and adware onto your computer.

Когда начал установку "360 Total Security" сразу сообщил о троянах, я проигнорировал это и добавил в исключения антивируса. После чего нахватался троянов, "Comodo firewall" начал возмущаться вирусной активностью, после чего прервал установку.
Но успевал нахватать изменений в файлах, системе и автозагрузке.
Не понятно почему у этих мошенников тут хороший рейтинг.
