Le site yandex.com est-il sûr ?

Terrible! I have a negative impression of yandex taxi as for now. At first they made prices rocket, so that it was not affordable for me. It was much cheaper to just get a taxi outside, without needing to use the application. Second, the service quality is declining dramatically. It feels like they are hiring anybody for a taxi drivers, where are the simple manners, they smoke inside the car!

I will express my unpopular opinion. Yandex is better than Google. Take example of stock photos, sure, I can tell only from mine experience, but Yandex have better quality, variety and resolution in pictures than Google engine do. Just type anything, like a photo of mountains or cars, and 100% it will give better results. If comparing engines they don’t loss anything, even wins in some features.

Before, I used to have a subscription to Yandex music service, which if only people know, better than its American alternative Spotify. Cheaper algorithms are more effective in looking for desired songs. And subscription is bought conveniently through local payment provider, it was no need to go to the website, searching how to pay(Yeah it’s my nitpick to Spotify)

You know that the more popular the service is and the more it is orientated to the mass market, the less quality it will provide. Still,people used like, okay, I get used to, no reason to switch to another service. This was the same with Yandex, especially their taxi service. Rude drivers, no service at all, cosmic prices, anyway I used it as a daily basis. I guess it’s just a habit, that’s all.

Used to be a universal platform for everything and introduced features that google was too slow/lazy to implement. For example, it was incredible search across comments on socials… Still, so far, this idea has not been implemented by any search engine, at least on this level. Well, other services were on a good level too. News section was always very biased though. Always. Now, it seems that yandex is promoting low key platforms like blog yandex dzen and some other stuff and is focused on some practical applications like yandex taxi but ambition is no longer there.

It’s commendable how they could make it from just a simple search engine to the super versatile service, where you can do basically everything with one subscription. I find it very convenient to do everything in one environment, rather than constantly switching between different services. Anyway, I used their taxi and it’s comfortable and accessible, you won’t be left. in the middle of nowhere.

Idk If its supposed to be a rival of google, but it doesnt seem like it. The speed is actually okay, this means that their engine is optimized and uses efficient methods to produce the results. Speaking of which, they are not as good as google's imho. They are too general and if you get specific, it will be just staright up random. Also there's a possibility that I can properly search, but this is how I am so sorry. I think for usual searches, it will definiely do the job, but it doesnt have like a lot of extra services, for the research purposed for instance..

They did a decent job, in case of proividing us with some alternatives to Google. I like the ecosystem of Yandex, there are a bunch of useful functions that you can use for free. Delivery service, music, movies, you won`t believe that this was started by a simple search engine, which is actually good, especially its image choice. Though,what I hate about it, the compulsive desire to download its browser. It`s like virus that try to invade your computer. I know they`re not scam, but using this weird method to make the use of the product doesn`t appeal to the large tech company.

Lol, I wonder why they aren't sanctioned yet. I knew this search engine as the one that was developed by some Russian people and it was quite a famous search engine in the eastern Europe, nevertheless right now there are way better alternatives while this company should be under strict sanctions. This company is cool in certain moments, like developing AI things, but I hardly believe it may compete with solutions from Amazon or Google, sincerely speaking. I will observe...

I adore this search engine, to be honest. It gives me relevant information and when I was travelling to Eastern Europe, it was full of pleasure for me to finding required info. Yeah, there is a lot of advertisement inside, native ads, banners and whatnot, but sometimes these ads are really about something that I need and I buy it. All in all, I can say that it's an appropriate competitor to renowned search engines like Google, Yahoo and whatnot. At least, it's cool that there is competition and no hegemony.
