fantastic site for clothes and accessories. I landed on the .fr site and it recognised it straight away, saying 'we only deliver to france, head over to the UK site now', and went straight to the product I was looking at, but in the ***** site. good customer experience.

Good points: Website easy to use. Telephone hotline / customer service Bad points: Address look up software very poor. Cannot change address manually - continually jumps back to wrong address. Only one speed of delivery - no express, even if you're prepared to pay
