Zestimates are highly misleading. They are calculated by a computer using public data which is unreliable, not a licensed real estate appraiser or licensed real estate broker. The listings information is incomplete, irrelevant or all run together. Local brokerage sites provide better search and information.

Great resource for real estate. Site is super easy to navigate, pretty quick loading time. The advertisements are completely pertinent to the subject of the site. No surprises and the little information they ask for isn't shared. This is a trustworthy site.

If you sign up for anything on this website be prepared to start getting a huge amount of spam emails. I used a throw-away email address and two days later I am getting 30 spam emails a day.

Zillow is another real estate site with some really poor design. One of the worst designs is their maps.
Why are real estate sites so badly designed? Why doesn't anybody step it up and make them what they rightfully should be?
I am also editing this to reflect that they use browser sniffing and it often times wrongly identifies browsers and pushes people towards unsafe corporate browsers. I am dropping my rating to yellow.
