10dollarmall.comは安全ですか？

I have purchased from 10dollarmall and have been delighted with my dress, one item I wanted was out of stock but I was not charged for it, nor did they hold the rest of the order back. I would not like to see kids on the website simply because it might promote body image issues with some, and others might be looking at clothing that is inappropriate for their age group.

Never order from here. They post things about themselves posing to be customers to give themselves good reviews. Here is a real customer experience from 10 Dollar Mall. Twice now, my sister and I have placed orders with them and had the same thing happen. They have an underhanded system set up to weasel you out of your money. They let you place your order and say its been shipped, but days later you get an email saying your stuff has been returned to 10 dollar mall because of an out of stock item. How can they ship something if its out of stock? Well, therein is the ploy. They never shipped it, just said they did so they get to keep your 10 dollar shipping by telling you "it shipped, so we can't give it back." They claim they can't give it back because FedEx keeps the money. Lie! I called FedEx and they pulled it up and said it was right in front of them that 10 Dollar Mall had the shipping money in their possession because it was a return, which meant FedEx refunded 10 Dollar Mall because the package never reached the destination. Point blank, it's a huge scam. Spoke to four associates and a supervisor at their call center and after continuously calling their bullcrap out they gave up and gave it back. Finally got a full refund after being told they can't, then that FedEx had it, that they don't take shipping money and after calling FedEx and finding out they lied about all of it. Needless to say, I wouldn't reccomend this to anyone.

For those who think this is some sort of SCAM, rest assured, it is not! They are a California based company with actual stores here in San Diego. I have been purchasing items from them for probably about 2 years now, and I have recently received my first order from their new online store. Needless to say, I am not only pleased with the items themselves, but I am also very impressed with the photo quality of the items on the website. The zoom feature is really useful and really helps you comprehend the structure and fabric of the item. I also think the fact that there is a customer service representative actively posting and replying to questions/comments on facebook says a lot about the integrity of the company. Mistakes happen, and it seems as though there is a genuine concern for the satisfaction of the customer.
