24/7 Home Rescue offers home heating repair service, but it doesn't actually do that. Instead, it offers paid advertising to real service professionals with the promise of more work for discounted fees, and then publicly claims those professionals as its "thousands of" employees.
In its advertising to home owners, 24/7 Home Rescue offers to be their single point of contact for a recurring charge. Thus, 24/7 Home Rescue attempts to create a niche as a "middle-man" between home owners and real service professionals while skimming funds from both for no appreciable benefit.
24/7 Home Rescue uses black-hat spam marketing to flood the web with back-links to itself in pointless and shallow articles praising itself and disparaging competitors who, of course, would be actual service professionals. It also engages in illegal telemarketing, and threatens lawsuits to suppress public complaints.

Received phone call from this company as a marketing call, even though we are on TPS. They said the reason we were receiving the phone call was because phone numbers slip through the net. When asked to speak to a manager about the issue, they said the manager was in a meeting but would ring us back in half an hour. No one rang back.
