It's a text file, it can't harm you. It can only harm you if you execute the file, but the file can only be executed by having a certain extension, so it's harmless.

This site is fine. It has clearly marked and safely stored examples. If you are not technical, you aren't at risk because you won't even know how to accidentally get infected by a virus here. The viruses are stored in text files, as code.
This site is indicative of one of the problems with WOT's automatic blacklisting.

Ok web site , if you are savvy , as there are tech things and sample virus , but leave as text file and you fine , if you dont know what you doing stay away , i used site for over 5 years no problems at all !
