(I received a mail after my purchase requesting a copy of my ID for them to deliver the license, which I refused. the way the mail was written and this request looked like a scam). Hours after, i received a mail saying that the order was cancelled/refunded. 4 days after, no refund received. I contacted Paypal that mentionned that no refund was issued. A Paypal dispute is ongoing. Watch yourself before making any purchase with this website If so, preferably use Paypal to protect your money.

Their codes are a scam, they don't work. If you complain they say you are too slow and your code has probably been used by a keygen bot. First key works, then you buy a batch and get fake ones. They are probably running a keygen themselves instead of buying codes from companies that no longer need them.

Je n'ai absolument rien changé sur mon ordinateur, pas de nouveaux matériels et aucune réinstallation de Windows ou Malwarebytes. voici leur réponse inappropriée : Salut mon ami, Le code de licence est lié à votre appareil/client, vous devez donc désactiver Malwarebytes avant le formatage, sinon vous perdrez la licence. Si vous formatez votre PC, changez de matériel, ou réinstallez l'application sans désactiver Malwarebytes, vous ne pourrez pas le réactiver (voir l'image ci-dessous) Accédez à Paramètres > Compte > Désactiver la licence.

Games on the site do not have instant delivery and are way overpriced. After requesting a refund through PayPal I did not get my money back but they sent me the key which was useless because I already bought it elsewhere. Very disappointed in Gamers Outlet.
