I ordered a glucose meter from this company. When the invoice was received by me, they added an insurance charge without my approval. When I received the meter, it was not what I expected so I emailed them immediately asking for return & refund instructions. I discovered the customer service email they provided did not exist. I am out of $38.98 and have no way to recover it. I have not been able to find any way to contact this company.

Puchased a childs bedroom table lamp - goods received after long delay but in good condition and lamp worked but original advertising was enhanced to look like Glass panels but actually solid resin with painted areas. Not good value for money and still waitting for Car electronic key duplicator. Orders from Temu made after orders from Boxun arrived quicker and better value.
