This site acpav.com appears to have originally been named 'Australian Corporate Productions'. The site appears to have been suspended in 2009 and it was later listed as 'for sale' while its hosting was transferred to the Bahamas. When its domain registration was updated on 02-Jul-11, its DNS was set to BUY.INTERNETTRAFFIC.COM and SELL.INTERNETTRAFFIC.COM. Its domain registration was updated most recently on 26-jun-2012, and it is now hosted by CLOUDFLARE.COM. The site currently represents itself as the 'Austin Group, Inc' of Austin, Texas (USA) and claims to be a 'Member of the Better Business Bureau Online Reliability Program.' However, I am unable to locate any record of it with the Better Business Bureau. The site is promoted by spam email that uses Yahoo and Gmail accounts. An instance of the spam which I have seen was transmitted via IP ***** (adsl.wanadoo.nl). The site's email service mail.acpav.com is handled by IP ***** (vps4132.nqhost.com) in Germany.
