Sending unsolicited commercial email for clients. If they seriously cared about reputation, they would post terms of service and abuse reporting function on their website. And they would use double-opt in, so spammers and other trolls can't poison their lists by signing up antispammers. There is absolutely no indication on their website that they prohibit sending unsolicited emails to people who have never opted in.

This company is an enterprise grade email platform, not sure why it is getting so many negative reviews. It has spam checking guidelines and mandatory unsub lists. I guess it must be because companies aren't using it properly. Still, if it were doing anything illegal or spammy i'm sure they would investigate. If you receive spam from this domain, report it to ***** with as much info as you can, that is my advice.
