Bad site. no respect for privacy. it even ignores robots.txt exclusion. I would steer clear to be on the safe side.

I don't have advertising on my work's site, and I don't every plan to have advertising on it. We don't track people like they do, and they have no reason to be visiting my work's site.
They don't even attempt to access robots.txt with their bot. Not to mention they are trying to access people's payroll information.
