This is a christian family site.  The subjects may not b suitable for younger children, but this is faith  based and it is refreshing.  There is nothing untrustworthy about this site.  It is biblical based reflecting on the news and events of today. I have added and additional note for the purpose of letting anyone who is concerned about the orange caution: many comments are not even referring to the site itself. THIS SITE PROMOTES BIBLICAL VALUES!!! The bible nor those that believe in the bible as being the word of God are discriminating against anyone! Sin is sin. it is what it is. Those who believe in God and believe in the Bible as being Gods word, stand behind what is written in the bible. This site, as I already mentioned keeps up with politics religion and other important things going on in this society. As a bible believing, God fearing (reverence) christian, this site helps me to hear what the media refuses to include in their reports. It is, as other posts have indicated not full of hate. The ratings are from anyone who can, or has a desire to post how they feel especially those who HATE and do not tolerate Christian or those who stand behind the bible and its morals in their daily life! Please rate this site according to the dictates of the rules and not on the assumption of how you feel about chrisitains, God and the bible!! For God so Loved the world that He gave His Only Begotten Son, that WHOMSOEVER BELIEVEITH IN HIM SHALL NOT PERISH, BUT HAVE EVERLASTING LIFE!!!!!!! John 3:16. Will you believe?

The left lies about how "dangerous" this site is to try and prevent reasonable people looking at the site by seeing the orange or red "warning" color. If this keeps up the rating system will become useless.    Such a foolish and dishonest use of this other wise very good idea.

The American Family Association exists to motivate and equip citizens to change the culture to reflect Biblical truth and traditional family values. Other groups exist to reflect Darwinian and Naturalistic beliefs. Will not find any porn, objectionable language, etc at afa.net. If not your 'cup of tea', move on....

If you want the truth of todays issues concerning politics and want to learn more about the Bible, this is a wonderful Christian site. I listen to it every day, and have been doing so for years. I come to this site more than any other. Extremely reliable. I suppose those that rated it low are non-Christians as this site is so clean that I cannot say enough good about it. The people that are putting this site down are liberal non Christians.

The American Family Association is very clear in their claims to defend traditional family values from a Biblical perspective. This stance, by definition, does NOT allow them to be hateful or discriminatory against anyone. They never promote anything deviant or perverse or illegal or criminal. Some of their content may be considered offensive by certain people, but the truth is often controversial. Conservatism and Christian viewpoints are protected by the 1st amendment, and I support their right to defend these views without censorship or name-calling. They are honest, sincere, and passionate...highly trustworthy! Some sensitive issues may need parental guidance for young children, which is why I believe there should be a yellow caution for children.

Professional idiots. Several scientifically inaccurate claims that also contradict certain passages of the bible, a book they seem to hold dear to themselves. Promoting discrimination of homosexuals and people who don't take their man on a cloud seriously. The focus of the site is promoting christian families and thus is it a religions site.

Although I do not always agree with the opinions expressed on the AFA;s website, I have never seen anything I would consider as untrustworthy, hateful, morally objectionable or unsafe. Heck, I don't always agree with my mother, my brother, my wife or my church - but that doesn't mean THEY are unsafe. I have also seen the AFA site publish follow up articles that retracted/apologized for articles that resulted from being misinformed - and they didn't publish it in a far bottom corner on the last webpage - they usually led with the correction. Now, Obama on the other hand..... ;)
