Approximately 4-5 years ago, I paid around 39 GBP for a subscription to a special offer by Agora Health LTD, publishers of health-related information. The offer was to pay for a subscription to a news letter and receive a certain book free. I subscribed mainly to receive the book. I received a few issues of the subscription but never received the book. Then I stopped receiving the newsletters. To make a long story short, I needed to update my payment information. I did so and was assured that the subscription would resume and I would receive the book. I did receive one or two more issues of the newsletter, but never the book. Unfortunately, it would now cost me more in time than the book would be worth. I needed the book when I paid for the subscription which was never fulfilled
