Main reason to avoid this site and people is a very poor customer service I was their regular customer. the last tablet I ordered had a problem with booting so I asked for help their customer service. they were trying to help till the moment we found that the tablet is faulty and I wanted return it. No reply since this time 1)Be patient and prepare yourself for a long time waiting for any reply of them. 2)Doesn't matter if you are registered with them or not, any email you send to them won't be registered in your account (no proof of correspondence)till the moment they reply to you. 3)If you have any bigger problem after sale like faulty, broken product or you are looking for an exchange, refund etc. they just don't know you at all.

I must admit, they did send my Hero II quickly after I paid the expedited shipping fee. But customer service/tech support is the worst I have experienced. None of the questions I have asked about my tablet have been answered. Not one. And I assumed they were the official Ainol site. Had I known they were not (someone posted here that they are not), I would not have purchased from them. My guess is that the original site would be more customer friendly. I'll be honest--if you want to get a product at a decent price, they are dependable in that regard. But do not expect ANY type of customer or tech support from them once you have made your purchase. I would have been better off paying a few extra dollars just to get better customer support.

This is a website of a company that makes android tablets. I own one of their products and I am satisfied with it. I come to the site to check for news, software, firmware upgrades and I have never had any problem other than this site IS IN CHINA, SOME OF THE LINKS WILL TAKE YOU TO SITES THAT HAVE LITTLE OR NO ENGLISH. THIS DOES NOT MAKE THE SITE UNTRUSTWORTHY. Putting a poor rating on this site is ridiculous and is most likely due to efforts of competitors or a small number of dissatisfied customers.
