This company has gotten involved with providing a service which competes with its customers, which is unethical. In addition, the company has violated the privacy expectations of its customers by utilizing its customers stored client information for the purpose of marketing a competing service to its customer's clients. This company provides a portal for a customer to transmit its wares to its clients. They actively market a competing service to these clients via this portal as well. I personally, lost clients to this vendor after giving them over 10 years of business. I ceased doing business with them. I have raised this issue with the company and they are either too simple minded or unethical to recognize this conflict of interest. While their overall product line is good, it is foolish for any individual or company to utilize it since there are perfectly good alternative companies who respect and don't compete with its customers business.
