Despite sending multiple follow-up messages, I found the customer service to be unhelpful and, at times, condescending. This kind of interaction left me feeling undervalued as a customer. It's incredibly frustrating when a company does not seem to take customer concerns seriously, especially when those issues affect the usability of their product. I believe it's important for customers to share their experiences, and I encourage others who may have faced similar challenges to come forward. Ultimately, I would not recommend this product or company based on my experience, as it reflects a lack of commitment to customer support and satisfaction.
