Unreliable. I ordered off Amazon a week later they canceled my order and stated that it was because it could not be shipped from warehouse. I cannot see anyone supporting a business with such terrible customer service and a company that will not follow through on transactions that have already been paid in full. I would give them bad feedback on Amazon however since they have canceled my order I am unable to do so. I was advised by amazon customer service to report them under a violation of amazon rules.

I've ordered a simple re-writable blu-ray disc, and it's taken almost two weeks so far to receive it. Tracking information is horrible, and unreliable. Support people send canned support mail when ya check on status. My shipping information was sent to me as "Carrier - Other" with a tracking number of my zip code and 5-7numbers.... Invalid on all known carriers' sites. Finally found out they sent it through UPS to then hand off to USPS. The first one (UPS) got my package a week after I ordered it) I'm still waiting to receive my package.
