ar-pay.comは安全ですか？

I purchased a Gift card through this website once which was successful. However, when I tried making a second purchase a day later, AR-pay restricted my account. When I contacted their customer care asking for the reason, they provided no explanation and informed me that I am not allowed to login anymore since they consider I violated terms of use. But they couldn't explain which of the terms I violated, even when I asked for it. Very bad experience and very bad customer care service.

Yes, ***** is a safe site. ***** is an Internet store which sells gift card you can use to different stuff for you PlayStation, X Box and other gaiming consoles. Moreover, if you are a fan of movies, there is an option to buy a rechargable gift cards for Netflix.
