The worst web hosting service provider I have ever seen in my life. Once they charged your card or your PayPal account they will never reply back to your tickets.They even blocked some of my account by ridiculous reason and never returned back any part of the charged amount!Frankly they are THIEF!My advise is to stay away of them even if they provide you the service for FREE!

Worst hosting company ever. I've worked with many hosts over 20 years & never experienced anything like this. Our server went down 10-12 times a day, every day for months. Paid for Priority Support and literally no one ever responds. They even deleted support tickets from our account after we submitted them. Stay away from this company, far away!

I use Arvixe in their VPS space. I can say that I am totally happy with their service, their follow-up, and the bandwidth.
I originally had their shared hosting, and new projects required me to upgrade to vps, so I speak for both sides of the company.
