We can assume that if you use a government regulated form of payment protection of at-least 21 days covering fake not as advertised and full cash back protection then this website would be an excellent contender for the Russian online auction market. Otherwise I would stick to EU, UK and US based auction websites because they are forced to look out for the customers interests and not bribes to turn a blind eye, or stealing all of the money in the bank and then disapearing. also Ukainian police runs on bribes and on the spot cash payments, so we can assume this service would be very costly to run from Russia further entrenching my negative opinion of this website. Also be wary that Ukraine purchased items have an abnormally high chance of not being authentic!
