avanquest.comは安全ですか？

Ich habe mich mit Avanquest 2x per Mail auseinandergesetzt. Die sind nicht daran interessiert die PDF Expert Professional 10 Softwareaktivierung vorzunehmen. Ich soll als Käufer einen Kassenbeleg vorlegen den ich nicht mehr habe. Die CD mit Seriennummer habe ich in einem Geschäft gekauft. Wenn jeder Software Verkäufer dem Kunden oder Käufer so entgegenkommt, dass man mit einem Kassenbeleg nachweisen muss, dass die Software gekauft wurde, dann sind die mal ganz schnell ihre Kunden und Käufer wieder los. Ich habe öfters im Geschäft und Online Software mit Seriennummer gekauft, mir ist noch nie ein Verkäufer so gekommen, das ich nachweisen muss ob ich Tatsächlich die Software gekauft habe. Dem Verkäufer kann das doch egal sein wo ich meine Software kaufe. Also, der Verkäufer zeigt mir mal wieder ein bisschen mehr, dass sie nicht Vertrauenswürdig sind. Der Verkäufer ist nur am Verkauf der Software interessiert. Der Käufer darf die Installation der Software in Windows ausführen, aber auf eine Online-Aktivierung der Software nicht hoffen.

The interesting part is I am a Mac OS X user, Lightening PDF is WINDOWS ONLY. I have NEVER bought lightening PDF, I don't own any windows machines and I have NEVER bought anything off avanquest.com A look through my spam and I see that this "NEW" software has been pushed for about 6 months so far.

I don't know why these damn frogs are spamming me. I can't even read french. Spam, spam, spam, spam ... too funny that they chose to include in their plentiful spam an offer for me to buy a programme they are trying to flog which is, you've got it, anti-spam. I've no clue how they got hold of the email address they used. It's very low key. Don't buy their software, it's from history. Don't give them your email address. Any company that has to market their product in this manner is qjuite clearly desperate.

Eigentlich alles okay aber schon etwas dreist: 1. Um Print Artist zu installieren musste ich es registrieren und dazu verlangt man gleich jede menge Daten - sich nur mit einer E-Mail zu registrieren (datensparsamkeit) war nicht gegeben - Fakeangaben gingen allerdings ohne Probleme durch. 2. Die Installation startete erst nachdem ich einen Avanquest-eigenen Werbebanner klicken musste um so noch zur Homepage zu gelangen. Schade das man sich als Kleinunternehmer immer an XXXX Regeln halten muss und jede etwas größere Firma mit Rechtsabteilung kann es einfach immer drauf ankommen lassen :/

To the best of my knowledge this is valid software however I do create a restore point on a regular basis just to make sure. I have seen a major increase in speed but would not recommend using unless your computer has major problems as using software of this type comes with risks.

(I originally sent this to avanquest's support) Well I fixed it, and the real culprit is System Suite Pro hogging the CPU! Crashed my Dell duo core four times. The lack of details on what the program is going to do makes me very hesitant. I shut it down because of the annoying pop-up describing a C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\WBEM\WMIAPSRV.EXE. However using SSPro's Boot disk did restore my Asus AMD 1.4 GZH 1.5 GB Ram back to running again after the LSASS.EXE problem in System32 folder! For that Is a five start rating. Power Desk fails to load because of a DLL error and I love the old 4.0 version. It ended up in C:\Downloads\Software 140 Mb file. I had to uninstall SSPro on the above system... for fear of burning up my CPU! Avanquest needs to be more specific about system requirements. Now presently running System Suite Pro on a Dell 3.00 GZH W/2 GB RAm and dual core CPU and things seem to be ok but I uninstalled the firewall and going back to PC Tools Firewall because it's better programed. and not even listed on most popular Fire walls! So the disk of SSP will boot a bad PC but what's left is a faulty CD and defective Power Desk install! So it's up to you if you want to respond because it looks like I'll have to return the product back to the store...it's been Un-Installed Bye! As of Wednesday, April 04, 2012! No response from submitting this to their support either! Instead they sent me an advertisement!

Technical support has improved with the addition of the ***** as their support site, things are only moderately better. Time will tell on how they finally come out, especially on the VCOM PC utilities. -- The updated SystemSuite 11 is much better than the SS10, and will probably update to SS12 at some point, if/when it ships. I've use SS since version 4, and it seems to me that they just didn't get integration with the third party OEM tools like SunBelt's anti-virus/malware. I was much happier with the former Trend-Micro and Sygate products, but they were last seen inf SS6!
