VERY VERY NASTY PROGRAM, AVOID IT WITH YOU LIFE!!! Offers itself as a free download, but becomes a trial after installation. installs a toolbar without your consent; hijacks homepage. also installs a search engine. very difficult to uninstall, have to do it manually to remove every trace of the program or it will reinstall itself.
I've tried numerous times to uninstall it from my computer, so I haven't been successful. Also, it seems to dominate my toolbar. So far I have not been able to remove it. I mistakenly , while downloading the new Firefox, hit to install Babylon toolbar; now it won't leave. Annoying!
Is safe download. Se instala facil en Window Vista. Es muy seguro y excelente traductor a cualquier idioma. El problema es que cuando es gratis por 3 semenas intentan hacer que instales una barra (y si tu quieres no la aceptas)....
Offer free download, which just is a useless trial. There are much better resources in the net for FREE.
This company should be banned from the Internet.
very pushy, and if you install there baylon translator on it's default settings, it will change your home page, make babylon your default search engine, also installs a toolbar and put its icons every where it can so if you do download this bit of tat DO NOT INSTALL ON IT'S DEFAULT SETTINGS, It really is a nasty bit of ADWARE not malicious, just nasty, if you install it make sure you unclick the boxes to your liking, not there's
I have been using Babylon for years now, and i never had ANY problem with malwares or anything. I read these comments below talking about malwarez on Babylon and i don't understand it, seriously! It is a commercial software, so yes, it has ads in case you don't purchase it, but no virus. Perhaps, though, if you download the software from other website than the official Babylon site, it might come bundled with some kind of malwarez indeed!! So take care!!
A free, online translation service. At my school, someone downloaded it and it hijacked my browsers homepage. Many popular anti-spyware websites detect this as spyware. I don't know why or how it got on the computer at school, but I don't think anyone downloaded it.
