I've found the employees at this site to be extremely helpful. Even for non-customers, they tend to be helpful and kind. For example, see how they've been generous and helped others at ***** Dedicated servers can be used for abuse, and it takes time and proof to shut down such customers. I see nothing wrong with their policies, nor their actions. I have to wonder if those that complained or left negative ratings took the time to properly submit a spam report. Simply leaving a bad rating for a host is rather stupid. Keep up the good work, BalticServers!
