batterysavers.comは安全ですか？

I have gone out of my way to write this - and am not easily made an unhappy customer. I placed a large order from batterysavers.com in September. Well over two months later, after having reached out to this business on 5 occassions by written email and 4 by phone I have not recieved anything from them - no product and no refund. I managed to reach them once by phone and was told that due to a hurricane my order would be delayed. That was 6 weeks ago. I have just contacted batterysavers.com one final time before I take it up with my credit card as a fraudulent transaction and then pursue them legally for fraud. I would not do business with this company - I would not entrust my personal information to them again and frankly cannot wait till this matter is settled and I no longer have to wonder where my money/product is. As far as I can tell at this point, this website and company is a sham, a scam, an illegal entity and does not deserve to be entrusted with the faith an online transaction requires.
