A sentence to check is above this space, (paraphrased) 'I want to stay subscribed to this site'. Uncheck this box. An unsubscribe key is available. Clicl on this, A sentence in red will tell you there is a problem, it is unavailable. Try as many times as one likes, it won't work until that box is checked again. Once one checks 'I want to stay.....' then hit that button, it will give one a sentence cirming the successful update of your info. This page will not be available again, at least not for at least a day or two. The parent site is Gfk surveys, which explains why NO credit for these surveys on other sites is given.
