Business rules not understandable and confusing. Extremely agressive billing policy. Very very difficult to get rid of membership.
The company never mentions before contracting that it will renew automatically your (very expensive) membership. They keep record of your credit card and does not hesitate to sue you many years later. Keep all the records if unfortunately you become a member.
