I never thought it would be so stressful to buy a duvet cover. They sell bed linen at discount prices, so I ordered a quilt cover for £18 less than leading web stores. They do not store the item in their warehouses they use a third party. I ordered it, heard no more about it. Had to phone several times, where is it. Excuse was, the third party mixed up the papers. Phoned again, where's my tracking number, "we don't use them", Then they stopped answering their phones. I ordered a pair of pillowcases by mistake from them, and immediately cancelled them and was informed I would be refunded. I was refunded. Then the cancelled p/cases are delivered. Couldn't believe it! Had to return them at my expense. Jokers. I bought identical duvet cover from a respected store online, and planned to get refund from theirs as I'd lost confidence in them honoring the order. The respected store which was ordered a week later to Beales order was delivered. Still no sign of Beales cover. Then a call from them claimed the paper work was sorted and quilt will be delivered, delivery hadn,t even been processed. 2days for delivery. Two days past, phones un answered and email. Finally cover delivered this morning. Never order from these again. The discount of £18 not worth the blood and sweat..
