@DNCapeTown purchased PS3 and had it for more than 4 weeks and then returned to seller as "non-working". PS3 arrived at seller in working condition and no-one can reasonably expect that a seller would not charge a restocking fee after a product has been with a customer for a lengthy period of time.

I thought the concept of the site was great but the rating system failed me when it shows a seller to be legitimate yet they mislead you and try to take your money without justification when you find out that they have lied. Returned an item unused for a full refund as agreed and once item received seller tried to charge 20% handling. Item returned before Christmas, still no money. BidOrBuy have been very difficult to deal with, having to beg for feedback almost. Ultimately the without justification sided with the seller despite me providing much proof to the contrary. When I asked for their reasoning, again, no response.

this site stinks. they first demaned for copies of my personal documents & IDs and then closed my account over one of their member's (or insider's) moods. Instead of dealing with the unprofessional seller, they chose to ban me instead, which is quite obvious because they're there only to gain money & they couldn't afford to lose the rude, moody seller. sorry, but thats just very unprofessional. would not ever ever deal on a cheap line site like bidorbuy, full of racists.
