Stay away. They will steal every single penny from you. That’s what they don’t tell you is that it isn’t free. The free membership actually isn’t free. They will continuously charge you even after you cancel your membership. And it better yet the amount they charge you will go up by a dollar every single year. And then on top of that they fraudulently charged me for 2 1/2 years. Before I was able to get it resolved. I didn’t get my money back. And big fish games did absolutely nothing about it

BEWARE...I had about 46 credits cancelled as I did not wish to keep paying the membership every month. Especially during COVID when times have been tough anyway. I figured I had enough game credits to last a while so put my membership on hold. However BigFishGames want to continue to take money every month to keep the games credits I had not yet used, active. Credits I've already paid for that is. I placed the membership on hold for a few months only to have my game credits that I had not yet redeemed, cancelled on me. That is about $460US at $9.99 a credit. AU conversion much greater. Choose another game supplier that allows memberships to be placed on hold and still keep any purchases you have made. I have screen shots of my cancelled credits if you need proof. Theirs games are all variations of the same thing, hence I had accumulated so many credits. The actual variety is very limited but ok for the very young that don't need to relearn a new game every time. All the best to everyone in these time. Stay safe. Chris

The vast majority of big fish games are for younger people or for those who like the hidden object or match3 type of games. However their customer support provided is extremely slow and sometimes sthey don't respond at all. So be aware if you encounter any account issues at all it will be extremely difficult to get things sorted out satisfactorily.

First of all, unless you find a game(s) that they offer online, to get any of their downloadable games, you must install their game manager. Along with that install and without your approval, they also automatically install a separate link on your desktop which links to their site.While some of their games are free, a large percentage of the games are not full versions and only allow you to advance so far before they want you to pay money to further advance. This is very misleading when they state that the game is free. When installing any of their games, they create so much clutter that a standard Windows uninstall will not clean it all up. And unless you are capable of editing the registry (which I do not suggest doing if you are not familiar with doing so) and finding the numerous files and folders which they tend to disguise, there will be clutter left behind from every game you have uninstalled.They also have casino games. And although you cannot win money playing their casino games, they constantly try to get you to buy chips to play those games. When you are low on chips, they will constantly try to get you to purchase more chips. (Spamming) Also, U.S. Laws forbid minors from participating in gaming/gambling for various reasons. One being... They can be very addicting. Therefor, it is not suitable to introduce these types of games to minors. And then, there is their membership program. They constantly have special deals to entice people to become members. However, once you do, if you try to cancel the membership, they will continue to charge your bankcard until you put a stop to it through your bank card. They will even try to automatically continue/extend a membership even if it is a one time purchase. DO NOT give them a bankcard number unless you have an account that will not allow them to withdraw from without you setting it up through your bank/card account.

Their software drains your computer of all life in my experience. The "games" aren't even fun (that being why those quotation marks are there), and once they get your email address they will constantly spam it with ads making you want to give them more money in hopes that they will finally shut up. The client, as mentioned earlier, is something that should be identified as a potentially unwanted program, as it saps massive amounts of system resources for reasons unknown. No, the "games" aren't taking those resources, I can confirm that it is the client used to launch them. I have no idea what they're draining those resources for, but if I were you, I wouldn't let them. And whatever you do, DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY! Go buy some actually fun games on Steam with it instead!

Site is wonderful.  Downloads in Game Manager when playing or purchasing a game are sometimes iffy.  Big Fish may advise you to change some settings and says "that's what Windows recommends" when it is absolutely NOT what's recommended to keep your computer safe.  Happened to me when I purchased "Plants v Zombies".  Had to keep going in to advanced settings to change one to play, then reset when done playing so I felt safe.  Just an annoyance that shouldn't even exist. The email exchange got me nowhere. Just be aware.

I hate this site . One day i wanted to download free "Plants vs Zombies " and i click on the button download . After the download i don`t see the game and i see big fish game manager i don`t want this on my computer ! This site is downloading potentially unwanted programs !

BEWARE ... they sneak in annual fees but hooking you into a "club". I am sooooo sick of these types of sites. I'm sure that they collect lots of revenue by charging fees to people who miss the verbiage buried in the massive agreements that take an hour or more to read. I am madder than H-E double toothpicks. They may actually give me my money back, but they will treat me as though it all just a big mistake ... offering apologies and calling me "sir" and all of that insincere BS. I already had issues with how they rig their games and try to sucker people into purchasing extra points or tokens or whatever, but THIS has sealed the deal for me. I will be telling anyone who will listen to beware. Every time I hear their name I will be telling my story.
