I purchased a phone case which was not as described on the website and was not fit for purpose. Despite being at fault, they refused to pay return postage to China, or issue a refund. Also, be aware this company despatches their items directly from China, meaning there can be a long delay in receiving your goods.

Do not buy. Received a faulty product (DoA) and sent them a video proving it. After a prolonged email exchange, the agreed to a refund MINUS postage ... provided I post the product back at my own expense. They merely go through the charade of customer service with no intention of action. They also appear to be posting fake positive reviews.

Terrible. Sent defective goods back in Oct 2020 and will not accept return. The owner, Aleksy has ignored all emails, doesn't accept calls by phone or Skype. Has done nothing to resolve and has walked off with £60 of my money. Is a total SCAM. BE WARNED!

***** ordered BLU Battery. ***** after emailing them repeatedly about my battery, they come up with some lame excuse that the shipping method they go through could not take the battery... then why use it as an option? They told me they'd refund my money. ***** a second charge for the exact same amount appears on my card. ***** after arguing over and over and telling them time and time again that they have time to make this right by contacting their third party company, "Skrill", which they use to charge people; they refuse to refund my money. Now I have no battery and will not be seeing my money more than likely. Do not use this site. Even Ebay is more trustworthy than this.

After asking why they had not yet posted my order after 4 days they sent me an email saying order canceled ?, I then asked for a refund, and I then got sent a email saying the order was in the packing stage, 6 days later and it is still in the packing stage. so far I think this is a scam site. Ill be back with an update. 20 oct 2015.
