I recently worked with Birch Gold, they helped me create a new IRA. They are a legitimate company.

Originally listed in 2009 for spam- Third party spammer that does not use double opt in permissions. Domain listed on several blacklists, including Spacequad AntiSpam Services. *****
Removed from Spacequad AntiSpam servers after being notified. Further research showed the domain to have been expired for a while then newly registered in September 2011. This new website seems to be compliant, however at the time of this post, the privacy statement does NOT state anything about abuse and what the information collected, is used for.
