These guys write bad, fake reviews and then extort companies to get them removed. Just do some research before using them. Google "Birdeye Fake Reviews" or look them up on TrustPilot or ReviewFraud and read up on them. I wouldn't be surprised if the positive reviews here are from them, as well!

FULL DISCLOSURE - I work for a company that uses Birdeye's services for our clients. We use their services, and my employer pays for those services every month. However, in no way do I receive any compensation from Birdeye, nor was I asked to write this review. That said, because I use Birdeye on a nearly daily basis, I am VERY familiar with the website. It's a website that offers a service to help businesses both large and small to gather reviews across platforms like Yelp, Google+, Facebook, etc. No spam, no malware, no malicious redirects that I have ever seen. Granted, I've never checked out links on the blog, so take that with a grain of salt. My day-to-day use of the site consists of logging in, managing our clients profiles, and occasionally updating their micro sites. Never has anything struck me as immoral, spammy, of phishy. The way the service works is that a business asks a customer's permission to send them a text message or an email, and that text/email sends the user (customer) to a page that I configure that contains 3 buttons that link to a review service like Yelp. Nothing is done without the user's permission, there are no ads on the review request pages, and no malicious redirects. The user can opt out at any time, and the service has been wildly successful for all of our clients. I've never had cause to believe that my, my company's, or my clients' information is at risk. I've never experienced anything that be even remotely considered malicious on this website.

The Birdeye site is awesome because it offers businesses the chance to actually engage with consumers online and help with reviews that are posted about them. Too many times small business owners are left in the lurch when negative reviews are posted with no way to respond. Birdeye helps them respond and try to change the situation for the better by communicating with that consumer and closing the loop. Also helps them gain a positive online presence by generating better reviews from happy clientele

I have been using BirdEye for almost 2 full years. My business truly recognizes the positive revenue that comes from all the great customer feedback I have received via the BirdEye platform. I have over 30 locations, and I am able to gain real-time insights into my operations much better than before I started using BirdEye. My reviews also have lifted my SEO rankings on google tremendously. Thanks BirdEye. Their Customer support is awesome too!
