bitcasa.comは安全ですか？

Despite awful experiences with previous plans, today Bitcasa Drive is an external hard drive in the cloud which we can access from anywhere on any device. With Bitcasa, we can simply and securely store all of our files, media (photos, movies, music, etc.) and documents online. Once our stuff is stored on the Bitcasa Drive, we can access it from any of our computers, mobile devices, or through their web app. The free plan gives us 5Gb of space.

I had signed up with Bitcasa for $99 per year. My renewal was in February. They changed the terms in October and allowed 3-weeks to move all the data off if I did not accept the terms. Of course it was not possible in that time-frame. At that point, they started to charge $99 to allow me to have continued access to MY data. Finally prior to February 2015, I was able to get all my data off of Bitcasa but at great additional expense. I even found some of my data on Bitcasa was corrupted. Unfortunately all the positive comments listed in WOT for Bitcasa were prior to their changing their policy and charging additional money to customers, even to those who had an on-going agreement.
